The lifting of the moving part of the machine allows to produce the resistant load without using added weights. The same lifting movement allows to support the spinal column and stabilize the abdominal muscles during the specific work out on each individual machine. There is the possibility to use the machine with one limb at a time. The Auxotonic resistance, or the progressive load resistance, allows you to train at the best during the entire range of movement without decreasing the training in the most favourable execution angles. The rotation of the machine engages the abdominal muscles reducing the cutting action on the knee, allowing a muscular action on the vastus muscles without producing tension on the tendons, and eliminating the compression effect on the knee.
